How does a mom feel when she holds her baby for the first time? Many times, I have thought of this when shooting newborn photos. I have even asked many women about this. And as expected, they have given me different responses. Some felt overjoyed, some were ecstatic, and many women didn't know how to react. When I met Jyoathsna, I asked her the same question. She lovingly looked at her baby Adhvik and replied that she was flooded with emotions she had never felt before. Naturally, as first-time parents, they were very excited to welcome Adhvik into their lives. We celebrated the event with a sweet album of this munchkin and his parents.
Album of Adhvik
The Hemasabhesan family is lovely. Little Adhvik came to this world a little early, much to the excitement of his mom, Jyoathsna and dad, Praveen.
When we met him in our studio, he was fast asleep. We quickly set up the shot to capture his angelic face. A wooden cot, some blue flowers, and a soft pillow were enough. We had chosen a cute white-blue onesie for him. With the white cap, his face looked ethereal. As you can guess, we didn't have any trouble clicking this perfect shot. As the first snap went well, our confidence soared.
When we were planning the photoshoot, both parents expressed their desire to include a few dramatic shots in the album. Since Adhvik is the star of their eyes, we decided to go for the moon and star setup. So, you will find him in a dark blue swaddle and a cap with a little white star at the end. It didn't take us long to create the background with a yellow crescent of the moon and a big star.
Adhvik was still asleep when we took this photo. With his tiny fists peeping out of the swaddle, this snap is one of the best we have shot.
Don't you want to meet the proud parents? Since this is a Christmas photoshoot, a photo with Christmas decorations is a must. So, we present the Hemasabhesan family in a festive mood. Set against a bright red door, our Christmas Background had red lanterns, wreaths, and loads of snow. Dressed in casuals along with Santa caps, the parents and the baby looked so happy together. It is a simple shot but the perfect one to feel the spirit of Christmas.
We were almost done with the newborn photoshoot. The last shot is again a straightforward composition. We took this shot against a white curtain to match Mom and Dad's casual wear. Little Adhvik was also wrapped in white. The shot shows the parents holding and cuddling their bundle of joy. Their faces show how happy they are to be a family.
We were happy that the photoshoot went so well. The baby didn't give us any trouble. The parents were pleased with the snaps, and we hope that when little Adhvik grows up, he will love to see these photos.
